It would seem I may have an ace up my sleeve concerning the talks of the bike trails behind my properties on west fifth. It has to do with a section of my deed that gives me certain rights in the woods behind my house. That being said, I can't get too much into it just yet since I really have to go over that sort of stuff with a lawyer first. That being said, the Parks & Recreation people who want to destroy my back yard won't legally be able to do it. Their plans are here.
